I often find myself coming home from work after a long day and not feeling like cooking anything. Too often I resort to frozen pizza for my husband and I. Thankfully he isn't a picky eater and is fine with whatever I make. :-) When I get home, I want something quick and easy to make so I can spend some time with my husband. Having meals all prepared and in the freezer is a great way to do this!
One day, my mom and I took an afternoon and made several crockpot freezer meals. It was great to hangout in the kitchen for the afternoon with her and we each left with 6 different freezer meals to try! If you can get together with a few friends or ladies in your church, this is a wonderful thing to do! She and I each found 3 recipes we wanted to try and bought enough food to double the recipe. It is wonderful having a meal all ready in the freezer! Just pull it out in the morning (frozen and all) and put it in the crockpot. By the time you get home, you have a delicious, warm, homemade meal that is all ready!
